Assessing Your room
We review your space for flooring project and take photos for our installers and sales team. Our team carefully measures your space, accounts for layout details, and answers any questions along the way — giving you confidence that your flooring order will fit perfectly and minimize waste.

Inspection of the Subfloor & Existing Conditions
If your subfloor is exposed, we can inspect its condition during measurement. However, if it is covered by existing flooring, we are unable to assess for uneven areas, cracks, holes, or damage. Please note that once the existing flooring is removed, additional subfloor repairs may be necessary.

During your consultation, we’ll assess your space to recommend the best materials and installation methods for your specific needs.
